Returns & Exchanges

Returns for store credit or exchanges are accepted within 30 days for unused, unworn jewelry in its original unopened, untampered sealed packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer except for incorrect or damaged items; eligible postage is reimbursed after the return is received. Ship by USPS in a protective bubble mailer, never a regular envelope. Exchange shipping and any applicable size-price difference are customer responsibilities.
