Eligible unworn, unused jewelry may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days only in its original unopened, untampered sealed packaging. Customers pay return shipping except for wrong-size or damaged items; eligible postage is reimbursed after receipt. Ship returns via USPS in a protective bubble mailer, not a regular envelope. Exchanges require return and replacement shipping plus any applicable size-price difference.
