Customers pay return shipping unless the wrong size was sent or an item was damaged; eligible postage is reimbursed after the return is received. All returns must be sent through USPS in a protective bubble mailer, not a regular envelope. Exchanges require return postage, replacement shipping, and any applicable size-price difference.
