Returns & Exchanges

Eligible unused and unworn jewelry may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days only when the original sealed bag remains unopened and untampered. Return postage is paid by the customer except for incorrect or damaged items; eligible postage is reimbursed after receipt. Ship by USPS in a protective bubble mailer, not an ordinary envelope. Exchange shipping and any applicable size-price difference are the customer’s responsibility.
