Returns & Exchanges

Intrepid Jewelry accepts eligible unused, unworn jewelry for store credit or exchange within 30 days only in unopened, untampered sealed packaging. Customers pay return shipping unless the wrong size was sent or an item was damaged; eligible postage is reimbursed after the return is received. All returns must be sent through USPS in a protective bubble mailer, not a regular envelope. Exchanges require return postage, replacement shipping, and any applicable size-price difference.
