Returns & Exchanges

Eligible unused, unworn jewelry may be returned for store credit or exchanged within 30 days only when the original sealed bag is unopened and untampered. Customers cover return postage except for damaged or incorrect items; eligible return postage is reimbursed upon receipt. Returns must be shipped by USPS in a protective bubble mailer, not an envelope. Exchanges require return and replacement shipping plus any applicable size-price difference.
